Acceptance of terms
By using this site, booking a consultation, buying digital products, accessing resources, or communicating with Healthy Munching, you accept these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Additional provider terms may apply to bookings, payments, checkout, forms, or product access.
Health information and service limits
Site content, emails, digital products, and educational resources are for informational and nutrition support purposes. They do not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or advice from your healthcare professional.
Do not ignore or delay medical care because of information on this site. For emergencies or serious symptoms, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional.
Consultations, programs, and client responsibilities
- You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when booking, buying, or completing forms.
- Recommendations depend on the information you share and your individual context. You are responsible for deciding whether to implement them and for consulting your physician where appropriate.
- You should not submit sensitive medical information through public forms or channels not designated for private intake.
- We may refuse, pause, or end a service if there is abuse, fraud, non-payment, insufficient information, or a situation outside the service scope.
Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Bookings may be managed through YouCanBookMe or other providers. Purchases and access to digital products may be managed through Podia or other checkout providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.
Prices, availability, currency, taxes, dates, cancellation conditions, and refunds are shown on the relevant page or during checkout or booking. If a specific policy is not shown, contact us before buying or booking.
- The number of appointments and the scheduling window depend on the plan purchased. Currently, the Volver al centro plan includes 3 appointments within a 2-month period, and the Reconstruye tu salud plan includes 6 appointments within a 4-month period, unless the applicable checkout page or agreement states otherwise.
- Appointments are scheduled during each appointment or through the channel indicated for follow-up. The confirmation and reminders for each appointment are sent to the email address provided by the client.
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance, taking the relevant time-zone difference into account. Appointments may be rescheduled as long as they still fall within the treatment period of the purchased plan.
- If you do not cancel or reschedule with the minimum notice, that appointment is considered missed and is deducted from the total appointments included within the treatment period. We may make an exception when the missed cancellation or attendance is due to a duly justified force majeure event.
- Both parties are responsible for scheduling each appointment and keeping it on their calendar. The client is responsible for checking their email, confirming appointment details, and giving timely notice if changes are needed.
Digital products and intellectual property
Digital products, ebooks, masterclasses, recipe guides, text, images, designs, videos, audio, templates, and materials are owned by Healthy Munching, Ana Sofía Aguirre, or their licensors.
Unless expressly authorised, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, bulk-copy, distribute, record, extract, or create derivative products from the material.
Accounts and access
If you receive access to a client portal or external platform, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or limit access for security, breach, fraud, abuse, or service termination reasons.
External links and services
The site may link to or integrate external services such as Tally, YouCanBookMe, Podia, Brevo, WhatsApp, Instagram, or payment providers. We do not control their sites, availability, security, or policies.
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and cookie policies.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access systems, accounts, forms, or administrative areas without authorisation.
- Do not use the site for spam, fraud, abusive scraping, reverse engineering, malware distribution, or interference with service operation.
- Do not post or send illegal, offensive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or third-party-rights-violating content.
Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or remove parts of the site, products, prices, resources, or services. We try to avoid unnecessary interruptions, but do not guarantee permanent availability or error-free operation.
We may also update these terms. The current version is identified by the date above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and materials are provided without guarantees of specific results. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions made without suitable professional advice, or issues caused by external providers outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to Healthy Munching's place of operation, without excluding mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on your residence.
